Well I failed this week at losing a pound. What did I do wrong??? I am sure it was skipping lunch. when I lost weight the previous week I ate a salad I think everyday. So I will try to be more diligent and make my lunch before going to bed so I have no excuse. I walked a few times but I know not enough. Why is it we know what it takes but don't follow through??? Hmm... I need to work on that. Have a great week everyone! Eat your meals... and drink you liquid!!! I say liquid because I drink more coffee and tea than water this time of the year...
87.5 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
