Did well today. Still didn't eat breakfast. My food was good. My son was having pizza- smelled great. lots of cravings today- especially for a frozen mocha. But I stayed strong! I WILL have a brownie sundae on Saturday, if I can say I've lost 10 lbs total by then. (I think I'll make it!
