Whop-whop!! Just made a caliper measurement, body fat % - 23.75, weight 56.6 kg lean body mass - 43.16 kg, fat mass - 13.44 kg. According to the end of last shred I gained 2.74 kg of fat, lean body mass remain the same!!! And one more Shred - Shred #2 (6 weeks)!!! Good luck for me. P.S. last shred started from weight of 56.4 but fat% was - 27.5. Same weight, but different lean & fat mass!!! THis means that digits on a scale aren't important, important are your body shape!!!
