Well I started my diet on 01-14-2010, I am on the Low Carb Diet; I Limit myself to 25 Carbs a Day... When I started I weighed in @ 324lbs and now in a matter of 5 days I'm weighing in @ 313lbs!! I'm excited! My goal weight is 180lbs, and I have faith in myself that I WILL reach it, I'm giving myself 2 years to reach it!!!
