Day 5: Found myself walking more. I took the stairs (I teach on the 2nd floor) every time but once, and that was an accident. I must have put myself on lazy autopilot because while walking back from the copy room I found myself on the elevator, I tried to open the doors but it had already started moving. Maybe the "powerwalking" my class did today will make up for it.
