The good and the bad.

The good is I am down 2.5 pounds for the week. The bad is since I weighed myself last Wednesday and saw that I was actually 197, this doesn't feel like a lot for a week.

Stuck pretty close for the week but had a few meals that were not on diet. Hard to stick to it fully without any eating out or drinks.

I am considering moving my weigh in day to Wednesday since I know the weekend always adds a lot of sodium and I rather just have that flushed out by my weigh in. I guess it shouldn't matter.
89.1 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.1 kg a Week

Focus on the positive. You lost 2.5 pounds and a loss is a loss . Thats 2.5 pounds closer to your goal.Good Job!!

You still have a koss, which is great! I hear you on eating out, I can't do it without atleast a little cheating!

Well, it just isn't worth eating out on P1/P2 and not cheating. I mean, a glass of wine or a beer... come on.
