It'll be an interesting week. I have a goal of 2 lbs a week for the next 6 weeks and this week is kind of tight for exercise. Grandma is out of town so I don't have a sitter at night for walking after the kid is asleep. By the time we get home, make dinner, eat, and breath for 5 minutes its almost 7:30. Bed time is 8. That leaves me lunchtime at work which is walking the parking lot. Did I mention its supposed to actually act like winter this week? Cold and rainy means I can't read while I walk like normal. Guess I'll need to find my headphones so I have some music!
I'm going to have to be super diligent on my eating that's for certain. I made the Taco Bake tonight off of here and its an instant favorite! DD ate all of hers and I overate a bit as well it was so tasty. Luckily I made the whole recipe and now have some for the freezer (and lunch tomorrow :D) I've been toying with spending Saturday afternoon making some dishes for the freezer. It would be such a help with dinners since we get home so late, its just making myself sit down and plan the menu and grocery list.
