I weighted myself today and I am still in 178 lb....It is ok to me but I know that I need to change my menu a little bit. I was looking my journal and I did notice that before when I lost the 7 lbs I was eating 5 to 6 meals a day. Since last week I am not eating my 5-6 meals. Also, I am eating a lot of carbs.;)
