I'm proud of myself. My sister gave us a bunch of homemade cookies and candy, and I haven't had any of it. I'm finding I'm not craving sugar as much as I did before when I was eating it all the time. My biggest challenge is still bread. I'm trying whole wheat tortillas to see if that helps satisfy my desire for sandwiches.
I was feeling good, but the last two days I've been exhausted. Just having a tough time getting going in the morning. Not sure what that's about. But, I know I need to exercise more. It's just that so much of my work as an artist involves sitting.
Goal for this week 30 minutes of exercise at 5 days.
