I was able to get my slacks on today. This is a small victory for me. I bought these slacks because I had outgrown every outfit in my wardrobe. Then........... I outgrew the one pair of slacks I could fit into. I vowed that if this trend continued I would swear off clothes altogether. Thank goodness I was able to get them on today or the world would be seeing way more of me than is acceptable. I am proud to announce that I have clothes on. I can not breathe very well because my slacks are acting like a tourniquet but at least I am not running around naked. Today I will celebrate the small things.
So we are leaving for the weekend to stay in a hotel with a waterpark. I will not be going anywhere near the water or a swim suit.......... Let me make that clear! I am not yet ready to have another 4,000 calorie cheat day or two cheat days for that matter. So I got online to research restaraunts in the area so I could plan my meals in advance. Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmm yeah that so did not work out. So I will be flying blind. We shall see how that works out!
Today's Goals- 1. eat less than 2,000 calories 2. do not drink more than 16 ounces of wine 3. If I have comopolatians instead there is a limit of 2 4. keep a posative attitude,relax, have fun, and enjoy my trip
I doubt I will have time or beable to escape 5 screaming 8 year olds in order to exercise this weekend. This weekend shakes things up a bit but I am excited!!! Yeah!!! LIFE IS GOOD!!
