Its hard to come off the high of eating so many goodies and then going straight into eating clean. I feel like I am coming out of a fog. I had lost 9 pounds in 2 months, I was so proud of myself. Then the holidays came. I regained 8 of the pounds in less than 1 month. How is that even possible??? Oh well... I can do this.
