Here is my phase 2, day 10 (FS day 19, Friday, 25th May):
09:30 am - oatmeal with low-fat milk 12:00 pm - arugula/cherry tomatoes/lettuce salad, grilled squid 02:30 pm - low-fat yoghurt with fresh strawberries 06:00 pm - bowl of fresh cherries
With a side of 45min of bicycle workout and water ;)
