Well last night was a complete failure. I didn't want to do my exercise on the wii....but I did it. I was so hungary last night I kept eating and ended up eating 7 points over my daily total. Today shows it, my weight went slightly up. Oh well today is a new day.

Been there, done that :-). We can't be perfect every day and if losing weight was easy, everyone would do it. Hang in there...you can do it! How do you know what your WW total points should be? Did you do WW in the past? I used a formula that someone posted but it seems like to stay under my points I would have to stay under 1200 calories (which is way hard)...maybe that is right and why it works?

Hi, I sent you an email on this site. Thanks for the encouragement! My point total seems to be around 1400-1500 if I eat fairly healthy and follow the reccommended servings they set. But I'm sure that all depends on your weight and what you are eating.

Em, we can't be goog all the time or we would not even need a wt program.Yesterday is gone!!!!! Brush yourself off .put your arms around yourself and get a big hug from me and tell yourself I can do this !!!!!!
