I will make better choices today. I plan to double up on the green vegetables to make up for the carb blow out yesterday. However, I don't really feel like eating. My cousin-in-law's husband passed away this morning of a massive heart attack at age 46. We're all shocked and so sad. I may not post for a couple of days so I can help out the family.

Post lunch: I'm chomping the dickens out of this gum.
