Happy with starting weight for the new year!!! Wanted to stay below 170 for the holidays and I did it! Now to finish the job and make my goal weight by my birthday. I will start recording my food again and exercise. Yes I said that dirty word, exercise. I got a new Wii game and will have to give it a try.
77.0 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
