No more weighing until end of January. Its festive and I don't want to be weight watching instead of having fun. I have learned a lot in terms of eating right so I will stick to basic principles (eat high protein breakfast, half potion starch at lunch and no starch for supper). Hopefully that will keep me in line with my goals until the schools re-open. Exercises will still continue. 25 minute jog each morning and some activity at night, just for control.
