Well..Im in ketosis :) Im just not hungry, and I excersise 5x/week for 20-25 minutes/day. I feel great! Ive been exercising for 3 weeks now. Ive been in ketosis for 10 days now.

Wow, I am so impressed. I am starting a 20 minute exercise tomorrow. Shooting for 5X a week. Sure hope I can stick with it.
