3rd day Up at half 5 and off to the gym again I'm shocked at how much I enjoy it 😁

I'll be with Sally then, I loved when I had a chance to use a gym - partly because it had a sauna - but even when I didn't use the sauna I liked the idea that I was doing something positive and getting some me time there too. I also was very surprised that I felt comfortable there because I'd always imagined I wouldn't.
