I have been having a good weekend food-wise, after a week filled with echoes of Thanksgiving. I even got out running this morning, going 2.5 miles after not running for a few weeks. Not too bad.
I went for a beautiful 5 mile hike yesterday. That was great exercise as well as being good for the soul.
My daughter keeps asking when Christmas cookie season starts...
