Hey there!

Just going to give a quick update (as I am writing this on the Thursday, rather than the Wednesday 'cause things got w i l d) because I do want to keep the journal portion current.

Yesterday was a bit of a failure.

The day started out alright, with a nice breakfast and a decent lunch-- while I didn't have a salad, I kept what I ate to protein, veggies, and fruits, which I'm proud of. But by dinner, things went sideways.

Last night, the Wonderful Boyfriend and I celebrated his 22nd birthday with a dinner out. His favorite place downtown is apparently a hot dog stand. I don't eat meat. Hilarity ensued.

Nah, it wasn't that bad lol. He got a couple of hot dogs with everything on them (chili, onion, cheese, etc), fries, and a sprite. I got the only non meat option and enjoyed a small thing of fries and a portion of his sprite. Did I feel a bit guilty? Of course lol. But those were some reeeeaaallly good fries. Mmmmmm. Fries.

It was raining, but we walked around a bit...I just love the way the downtown of Smallsville looks at night. We spent the rest of the night with the Roomie and BFG (a guy I was going to date, but things started working out really well with WB, so BFG and I decided to be friends) after their date, playing games and telling stories in our dorm room.

Now here's the part of our story where it gets a little bit sad...

I snacked. Like no tomorrow.

Pete's Big Time Crunch, Coldstone Creamery Chocolate Milk, Japanese Watermelon Candies, you name it. Of course, I felt super guilty in the morning. But boy, were those things good. I did go over my daily calorie budget, but I made it up the next day.

Nothing better than staying up until 4am with your friends, laughing about stupid stuff, and beating them in Magic:the Gathering.

Time to write my entry for Thursday!
