I wrote a long journal that somehow disappeared. The jist is that I let life distract me from the gym and better choices. It's been a slow climb up and it will be hard to get down again, but I won't give up.
74.8 kg Lost so far: 59.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
