Now that the challenge is over I have decided to take a week's break from "dieting". Probably not the best idea considering I cannot go to gym every day this week. So I am expecting hopefully only a slight gain at the end of the week but wont let it bother me.
I will still log my food every day and stay under my RDI but will not be doing a fast day...
I am keen to see what happens to my weight when I eat like this...
