Okay,
I'm stoked this morning, yesterday afternoon was hard for me, the munch monster was rearing his ugly head. But I got through it and then in the evening it went so much better, probality because I was home and too busy with the kids and doing my wii fit plus to think about food. I'm gonna walk some steps today on my break at work to try and fit in a little more exercise. I find it hard to do more than 30 min at home with kiddos. Come on girls, let walk some steps today! =) We can do it!
