Hour of cardio and a whole upper body workout at the gym yesterday. This time I struggled though the last part of the workout. I scaled 3 times this morning and kept coming up with 283. Could be water loss or the scale.
128.6 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 37.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 7.9 kg a Week
