I find myself looking forward to eating no-nos on the weekend, but with more self control. I'm scared of going backwards, but strongly believe in the "treat yo'self" method haha. I even turned down McDonalds this weekend!! Conversely, I get to Sunday night and look forward to eating properly again during the week, and feeling that little tummy grumble that means I'm doing good!! Hope I've found a good balance, I'm losing about a kilo a week and want to keep that up. I just hope it doesn't whoosh back on after the wedding.
