Bad day yesterday, slept well but never fully woke up. Weather was terrible. Kept making mistakes at work and couldn't remember anything. I also was in a lot of pain do to something I pulled in my lower back/ buttocks, so I skipped gym for the day. I'm finally getting around to portioning my meals.
127.5 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 36.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
