My diet over this last week has not been my usual LCHF diet. I have just been feeding my cold. So anyone following what I am eating this week will think it a very strange diet. My cold is now really on the wane, I will go back on LCHF any day now.

It's strange how we change our diet when we're not feeling well, isn't it?

It takes very little to throw us off track, in my experience. I too am through the worst of my cold. Seems shorter and sharper than usual.

You're right to adapt to your situation although it can be disappointing. Take it easy until you feel really well, hopefully very soon and then all guns blazing on the LCHF trail!
