Thanks for all the well wishes! They helped cheer me up. Laundry is the devil...I reached in the washer to push some clothes in and that is when the pain hit. Not during zumba, not shopping(thankfully), not walking up and down the stairs, doing the evil laundry...mwhaa haa haa. LOL! I knew housework was bad for you, now I have proof! lol I'm starting to feel better(or maybe it's the drugs)so I hope to start exercising soon. Thanks again to all of FS, you're the best of the best for friends! :-)
