I didn't quite follow yesterday's menu like I thought I would when I entered it. I substituted celery for the lettuce at noon and made chicken soup with the lettuce, celery and seasonings.I didn't add any extra chicken broth.
61.7 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week
