It is absolute miracle that I lost a pound this weekend. With a wedding on Friday and family Christmas on Sunday I ate pulled pork sandwich, chili, fancy mac and cheese, Christmas treats, taco bell on the road... therefore... I definitely expected to gain a couple of pounds but to have lost a pound still in twice the time that my diet should? -- only more proof that God has called me to be at healthier state and he is in control. :)
So 6 pounds down, 18 to go ... 1/4th of the way done! -> in a week! :)
