First week-4 lbs lost just by watching and paying attention to portion size and what goes into my mouth AND no more soda-80+ ounces of water per day. I ate very well-more than I eat when I'm not taking care of myself. Exercised(walking 2 miles w/ Leslie Sandone on Fit TV) 2x this week. I feel proud of myself today!
