Bah. No tracking = weight gain, EVERY TIME. It's really not rocket science! Very bad week for carbs, doughnuts/Halloween/other excuses I could make but why bother? They are just that - excuses. I thought Ii'd better get the weigh in over with so I can shock myself into getting back on track, and so I have done just that. Have a beautiful week, everyone!
