I've been lazy about keeping my food logs up to date but have been following my Atkins plan pretty closely. I have been using some recipes from the South Beach cook books and they are some tasty recipes and lower in fat, but am mindful of sugar in the low fat options. Still losing weight, a little at a time, but am happy my measurements are coming down as well! Yay, waist is 34 1/2", down from 38".
