Got up this morning and went to the gym for my first workout. I had a blast.

I learned how to use all the equipment. The treadmill, the recumbant bike and the stair step elliptical thing. Then I learned how to use the circuit training equipment. See me exercise diary if you want to see the times.

The stair step elliptical was a hoot. I was only able to get on it and do it for about 1 minute (after I figured out how to work it smoothly). My upper thigh muscle (whatever that is) really burned after only 1 minute! LOL I have some work to do I think.

Then I signed up for a free 1 hour boxing lesson. That sounded fun.

After I left, I felt so good!

Then I went to my mom's and told her all about it and she is going to get me a personal trainer for 1 month for my birthday! How cool is that? Thanks mom!

I'm looking forward to working out again on Monday. I'm taking Sundays off for church.

Well done getting to go! I'm glad you had fun! I'm slowly learning to like the gym - it's truly been a love/hate relationship. :) I'm getting there though. Going tomorrow, Wednesday and Friday this coming week.
