Happy saturday! We finally have some snow! Looks so pretty, and will add to the walking challenge! Any ways today I read through my journals and holy crap I have been so utterly negative lately. I guess that would be my defence mechanism when things are all going wrong. When will I realize that my happiness is not defined by the number on the scale, or that how my body looks will not take all the outside negative factors away. So I need to relax, think before I eat, concentrate on the positive things. Most of all write about the positive things that I have done! I can offer somewhat good suggestions to others so now is the time to listen to myself!
