Second day has gone well :) So far I've had 359 calories and I can have 641 dinner to eat 1000 for the day. That's amazing!
Also, I have determined my daily allowances for each meal:
Breakfast - 200 Snack- 100 Lunch - 400 Snack - 100 Dinner - 400
