I've been very strict with the diet the past 5 days or so and I can tell it's paying off! Down to 170.4. I'm not counting as hitting my sub-goal of 170 until there's not decimals attached to it! It's actually been pretty easy to do. I've found some awesome food to eat for lunch at work which makes things much easier. This weekend coming up is time for some of my seasonal holiday baking. I'm going to make much smaller batches of everything and package them up as soon as possible to give away. Out of sight out of mind! Nordictrack has still not been very helpful with the treadmill repair. They seem to think I should be able to use a voltmeter and other tools to trouble shoot the thing myself. The way I see it I bought a brand new piece of equipment that is not working. It should be up to them to send out a darn service tech to fix it! What else am I paying for a service contract for! I think if they aren't more cooperative today I'm just going to let them know I will be returning their product for a refund.
