ugh... this weight loss thing is going so slow... I haven't been great about my diet but I haven't been awful either. Plus I have been working out pretty regularly. And I'm at like 3 lbs a month... sooo slooow.

I personally think you are doing GREAT! I know not easy but try to concentrate on how you feel and how clothes fit rather than just the numbers of your weight. As you work out and get more fit you are gaining muscle which is more dense than fat. Additionally as you build more lean muscle it will burn more calories at rest. Hang in there!

aren't you two cute! Derek is right. Also, like I mentioned before up your protein intake and bring down your carbs :-p
