[size=7][size=7]Yesterday, I went for a walk in the FREEEZING cold but it felt good. Today i'm starting Turbo Jam. That really burns the fat. I also did a little Dance Dance Revolution and burned 17 calories (haha!) but it was fun. Anything to sneak in extra exercise.
