lomba diet hari ke 11...
intinya memang harus mencatat yang dimakan, sehingga bisa mengontrol kalori yang masuk.
Sehari minimal,minum air putih 3 liter untuk menaikan metabolisme.

semakin semangat diet, semoga bisa juara
