Good morning Fat Secret! Yesterday I did very well with my plan and am happy with myself!
EATING: Maintained the principles of Phase 1 South Beach while also staying w/in my alloted WW points. :) Found a great chicken recipe on Allrecipes.com that was so simple... just rub chicken breast with cumin, olive oil, salt & pepper, brown in a skillet, and then top with a spoonful of salsa and low fat shredded cheddar cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes @ 350. YUM!
EXERCISE: - Took the stairs at the hospital yesterday instead of the elevator - Purposefully parked far so I'd have to walk a little further - Ran around outside w/ my dogs
WATER: I managed to have 3 full glasses. I know that's not where I ultimately should be but that is a big step for someone who often drinks 0 glasses of water per day.
I'm a little bummed that Amazon.com is indicating that my fitness DVDs, resistance band, and medicine ball don't have an estimated shipping date until the 11th. I feel like Veruca from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory "But Daddy I want it NOW!!!"
THREE THINGS I AM THANKFUL FOR TODAY: 1) Getting tickets to see the Lady Gaga concert in Atlantic City in 10 days w/ a good friend 2) The pickpocket who stole my wallet discarded two things which were turned in at my school's police department: 1) my license and 2) a Starbucks giftcard that has $75 on it 3) The couple of pounds I've lost so far!
