OK. I've eaten way too many Christmas cookies. I always seem to be craving something sweet. I need to find a way to get things under control. I don't want to gain another pound or have to move up another clothing size. I know I will feel better if I can be 40lbs lighter. 2010 needs to be my year to get healthy and thinner.
