Monday... Got my glasses fixed today so now I can read the computer screen again! Busy day with the kids after I got back from my ride. I rode 41.33 miles today at a pace of 12.4 mph with a total trip time of 4 hours!! What a fantastic ride, the weather was in the low 50's so my toes got cold but the rest of me stayed pretty warm. I was able to stay within my RDI even though I had such a long ride but boy am I feeling hungry!
