Weighed myself today and no changes, staying steady at 164. That seems to be where I stalled last year, right at 165. Last year I did not follow through with Induction or OWL, so staying on the challenge for another 2 weeks might get me past this stall. And not returning to eating sweets the way I tend to do should help. Hubby has been very encouraging about smart snacking. When I wanted pecan pie, he reminded me: Go have some celery... I did, with some cream cheese and the urge for pecan pie passed. =:)
