Day 1. I just read an article on AARP's online site that states my ideal body mass weight for my height is 148. I'm at 192 and border line "obese". Wow! I never considered myself obese. I know BMI doesn't take into account age, I'm 51, but no excuses here. I'm going to try to take this serious, set a goal of 185 and slowly work my way down towards the ideal BMI.
