I Feel somewhat guilty now, bizarrely I felt I pigged out even though my calorie count is 2500. I guess the meat Junkie in me took advantage of the busy day as I was out for a business meeting in the morning and in the afternoon was at my child's school for induction to reception class. So by the time me and my partner got back from the school. I decided I'd order food to save us from cooking. Man was I starving. I manage to wolf down a half pounder cheeseburger with chips and half a grilled chicken with salad. Sheesh! I am so thirsty now :) Jokes aside I believe they call it binge eating. (Note to self) I must have contingency plans if away for long periods and work up an appetite or my weight loss plan will be derailed by binge eating.

The most important thing is planning. We all fall off our plans now and then. I do not think that there is anyone on here who hasn`t binged at some point. I have a little cool bag with ice packs that I use to carry my lunch and water and I always have a portion of almonds in a tub in my handbag. You could do a similar thing with cold chicken/meat.
