I am not great at resetting the weight counter I guess.....I have tried to put back it to my highest weight at 143.7 Kilos (316.0Lbs) I wanted to show the difference of the weight I had dropped... Oh well.I guess if you read the last post you will see that I have now lost 32.3 Kilos (71.2 Lbs)... I now weigh 111.4 Kilos (245.59 Lbs). I still have about 35-40 Kilos (77- 88 Lbs) to go I think to reach my correct BMI.
