Can you tell when my grant application was due? It is so discouraging that I can gain 4 pounds in a week, but I can't lose it that quickly. I know if I keep up my low-cal diet and make the time to get to the gym for a class each night, the pounds will drop back off. Its just a struggle, especially when I want to drop an additional 5 pounds to prepare for the crazy delicious christmas cruise dining!
