I ate out yesterday and am really not sure how to record my dinner. I put what seems to be something similar but I don't know how accurate it is. A friend gave us some cookies to take home which is very nice of her but not so nice for my diet :/ I wasn't sure exactly how to record those either. This diet calender might not be as accurate as other days. I have stayed well under 2,000 calories but not at my goal of 1,250. Its progress though I suppose.
I just had cookies for breakfast. I recorded the cookies in my diet calender. Cookies are bad, so many calories. I should not eat cookies while on a diet.
