Down another pound. WHOOT! WHOOT! :) Once I get into the routine of working out I LOVE IT!! It's trying to get up and set a routine that's the hard part. 4am is becoming more manageable now. I think I am finally on my way. SO excited. I think it is going to be a good day. Hope you all have a FANTASTIC Day as well!!!
120.2 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 52.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
